摘　　要：为全面贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于全面实施预算绩效管理的意见》的要求,2020年2月,财政部在修订《财政支出绩效评价管理暂行办法》基础上,结合绩效评价管理有关要求,印发了《项目支出绩效评价管理办法》。本文对以上两个文件进行了比较,梳理了新要求、新变化,结合地质调查项目绩效评价管理实践,提出管理建议。In order to carry out the opinions on the Comprehensive Implementation of Budget Performance Management of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China&the State Council,the Ministry of Finance issued the Measures for the Management of Project Expenditure Performance Evaluation that based on revising the Interim Measures for the Management of Financial Expenditure Performance Evaluation and the relevant requirements for performance self-evaluation management in February 2020.This paper compares the above two files,teases out new requirements and new changes,and puts forward management recommendations in light of the actual performance evaluation management of geological survey projects.
