摘  要:晶质石墨具有强疏水性,浮选提纯过程中矿化泡沫易形成聚合体机械夹带微细粒脉石,作业富集程度低,且入选物料固定碳含量越高,该现象愈加明显;特别是机械搅拌式浮选机的应用,导致目前工业生产普遍存在工艺冗长、回收率低、生产功耗及成本高等问题。本文以旋流-静态微泡浮选柱为主体设备研究晶质石墨短流程浮选工艺,在条件试验基础上,并结合晶质石墨浮选对大鳞片保护的需求,确定出浮选柱适当的应用场景为:入选物料固定碳含量约为85%,以浮选柱“两次磨矿两次精选”工艺替代浮选机“两次磨矿四次精选”工艺;可得到固定碳含量为96.17%,作业回收率为71.59%的合格精矿产品,证明了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱应用于晶质石墨浮选工艺中,在强化回收、增强富集比、简化工艺等方面的优势,该研究可为旋流-静态微泡浮选柱在晶质石墨浮选工业中的应用及推广提供参考依据。Due to the strong hydrophobicity,the mineralized froth aggregates usually easy to carry fine gangue in the process of flotation of crystalline graphite,which leads to a lower concentration.And with increasing the content of fixed carbon,this phenomenon occurs more frequently.Especially the mechanical stirring flotation machine widespread used presently,which has resulted much problem including lengthy process,high power consumption and product cost,low recovery.This paper research the crystal graphite shorter flotation process by cyclone-static microbubble flotation column instead of mechanical stirring flotation machine.Based on the conditional experiments and considering protection of large scale,the“two stage grinding and two stage cleanings”process in flotation column could instead the“two stage grinding and four stage cleanings”process in flotation cell when the fixed carbon content of ore feeding exceed 85%.The results show that graphite concentrates containing fixed carbon of 96.17%and part recovery rate of 71.59%.This paper proved the advantages of cyclone-static microbubble flotation column in the floation industry of crystalline graphite,such as enhancing cleaning,improving enrichment rate and simplifying the process,and can provide references for the application and promotion of cyclone-static microbubble flotation column in the flotation industry of crystalline graphite.
