摘 要:巴润矿高台阶爆破扩帮需要重新确定底盘抵抗线。为了确定白云鄂博西矿高台阶爆破中最佳底盘抵抗线,从岩石破碎机理出发,推导出应力波作用下的应力方程。结合利文斯顿线,运用推导出的物理参数对Langerfors U提出的抵抗线公式进行修正,理论计算得出最佳底盘抵抗线。并运用有限元动力软件模拟分析最佳底盘抵抗线,分析坡底位置处等距单元有效应力值。最后,结合白云鄂博西矿中等难爆区进行现场工业试验验证该数值下底盘抵抗线的合理性。现场实验表明理论计算与数值模拟合理性。It is necessary to redefine the chassis resistance line for the high step blasting expansion of Barun mine.In order to determine the optimal chassis resistance line in the high step blasting of Bayan Obo west mine,the stress equation under the action of stress wave was derived from the rock breaking mechanism.Combining with the Livingston line,the resistance line formula proposed by Langerfors U was modified by using the derived physical parameters,and the optimal chassis resistance line was theoretically calculated.Finite element dynamic software is used to simulate and analyze the optimal chassis resistance line and the effective stress value of the isometric element at the bottom of the slope.Finally,the rationality of the chassis resistance line under this value is verified by field industrial test in the middle refractory zone of Baiyun ebo west mine.Field experiments show that the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are reasonable.
