摘  要:目的:探究个性化护理指导对文拉法辛治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的应用效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的108例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例。所有患者均采用文拉法辛治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理指导。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组各项遵医行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及睡前血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用文拉法辛治疗期间应用个性化护理指导,可有效提高患者遵医行为,提升患者血糖控制效果,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of personalized nursing guidance on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by Venlafaxine.Method:A total of 108 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 54 cases in each group.All patients were treated by Venlafaxine.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing guidance.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of various compliance behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and bedtime blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized nursing guidance during the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Venlafaxine can effectively improve the patient’s compliance behavior,and improve the patients’blood glucose control effect,which is worthy of promotion.
