摘 要:目的:探讨ICU新护士培养中体验式教学法的应用及其有效性分析。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月新入职的低年资ICU护理人员40例,根据入职先后将其分为两组,其中2018年1-6月入职ICU护理人员20例作为对照组,采用常规教学模式进行新护士培养,2018年7月-2019年1月入职ICU护理人员20例作为研究组,采用体验式教学法进行新护理培养。比较两组培养效果。结果:研究组理论知识及操作能力成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组带教老师对学员团队合作、主动性及动手能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组舒适护理考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有利于进入护士角色、有利于构建临床思维、有利于归属感增强、有利于操作与理论的贯通、有利于应变能力的增强及有利于团队意识的增强认同度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对ICU新护士进行培养时采用体验式教学法进行培养可以提高护理人员培养效果,增加护理人员团队合作意识,提高主动性及动手能力,增加护理人员舒适护理评分,提高新护士对入职培训的认同度,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of experiential teaching method in the training of new nurses in ICU.Method:A total of 40 new nursing staff with low seniority in ICU from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to their induction sequence,they were divided into two groups.Among them,20 nursing staff in ICU from January to June of 2018 were taken as the control group,and was trained using the conventional teaching model,20 nursing staff in ICU from July 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the study group,and was trained using experiential teaching method.The effect of two groups were compared.Result:The theoretical knowledge and operational ability scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of students’team cooperation,initiative and operational ability of the teachers in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfortable nursing assessment score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition degree of study group in conducive to entering the role of nurse,building clinical thinking,enhancing the sense of belonging,connecting operation and theory,enhancing adaptability and enhancing team awareness were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the training of ICU new nurses,the experience teaching method can improve the training effect,increase team cooperation consciousness of nursing staff,improve the initiative and operational ability,increase the comfortable nursing assessment score of nursing staff,improve the recognition degree of the induction training of new nurses,which can be further popularization and application in clinical.
