摘 要:目的:研究公立三甲医院预约诊疗服务可持续发展的策略。方法:运用SWOT分析法,分析公立三级医院的预约诊疗服务发展现状及内部优势、劣势,外部存在的机遇和威胁等因素。结果:针对目前公立三级医院预约诊疗实际状况,提出了相应发展策略。结论:公立三级医院作为医疗卫生体制改革的主力军,应不断探索预约诊疗服务的新形式、新方法、新制度,提高医院的预约诊疗服务能力和综合竞争力。Objective:To explore the strategies for the sustainable development of appointment and treatment services in public tertiary hospitals.Methods:The SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the development status of the appointment clinic services in public tertiary hospitals.Results:Through the analysis,the actual situation of the appointment and treatment of public tertiary hospitals was understood,and corresponding development strategies were proposed to improve the hospital's appointment and treatment service capacity and comprehensive competitiveness.Conclusion:Public tertiary hospitals,as the main force in the reform of the medical and health system,should play an active role and constantly explore new forms,methods,and systems of appointments for medical services,to improve the hospital's appointment diagnosis and treatment service capacity and overall competitiveness.
