虞坚尔教授运用四君子汤合戊己丸加味治疗小儿脾胃病经验

摘　　要：虞坚尔教授认为小儿脾胃病的病因病机为脾虚失运,木旺乘土和气滞肝郁,木不疏土。治以健脾理气、和胃降逆止痛,并行柔肝疏肝之法,常以四君子汤合戊己丸为基础方,随症加减,疗效满意。附案例4则,以资验证。Professor YU Jian’er holds that the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach disease in children lie in dysfunction in transport due to the spleen deficiency,wood effulgence over-restraining earth,qi stagnation and liver depression,and inability of wood to sooth earth.The treatment is invigorating spleen and regulating qi,regulating stomach to descend adverse flow of qi and stop pain,along with the soothing and relieving liver method.He often takes Sijunzi Tang(四君子汤) combined with Wuji Wan(戊己丸) as the basic prescription and modifies in accordance with the syndrome,which has obtained satisfactory curative effects.Four cases are attached for verification.
