中医食疗药膳在儿童脾胃调理中的应用

摘　　要：中医食疗药膳是在中医药理论的指导下,对食物、药物合理加工烹饪,达到维护健康或防治疾病的一种方法,是中医"治未病"思想的体现,尤其适用于儿童脾胃的调理,是儿童防病保健的一个重要方法。例举了调理儿童泄泻、积滞、便秘等常用食疗药膳方。同时指出了目前中医食疗药膳存在的不足,旨在为我国中医食疗药膳的发展提供更为广阔的空间。Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM dietary therapy and medicinal diet is a method of reasonable processing and cooking of food and medicine to maintain health or prevent and treat diseases,which is the embodiment of the idea of "treating disease before its onset".It is especially suitable for harmonizing spleen and stomach of children as an important method of prevention and health care for children.Examples are given to harmonize diarrhea,indigestion and constipation in children.Meanwhile, it points out the shortcomings of TCM dietary therapy and medicinal diet,aiming at providing broader space for the development thereof in China.
