摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是非组蛋白的核蛋白质,在核内能够促进DNA转录、复制、重组,修复突变DNA,在核外能够参与多种疾病的炎症过程,文章就HMGB1在皮肤相关白细胞碎裂性血管炎中的作用结合文献检索进行综述。High mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)is a group of nuclear proteins,but not the histone,which can promote DNA transcription,replication,recombination and repair the mutant DNA structure in the nucleus,it can also involved in the inflammatory process of a variety of diseases outside the nucleus.This paper reviewed the structure and function of HMGB1,and the role of HMGB1 in dermal leukocyte clastic vasculitis by literature search.
