摘　　要：眶周皱纹影响美观,越来越受到人们的重视,关于眶周皱纹的研究不断深入,治疗方法不断涌现,对现有眶周皱纹的非手术疗法进行梳理、归类,可分为光电治疗(激光、强脉冲光、射频等)和注射填充疗法(肉毒毒素等产品注射、中胚层疗法),其各有优势和不足,单一治疗方法的疗效不能满足人们日益增长的求美需要,联合应用将会是未来发展的主要方向。More and more attention has been paid to the influence of periorbital wrinkles on beauty,the research about periorbital wrinkles is deepening and the treatment methods are emerging.The existing nonsurgical therapy for periorbital wrinkles was sorted out and classified,which can be divided into photoelectric treatment(laser,intense pulsed light,radio frequency,etc.)and injection filling therapy(botulinum toxin and other products injection,mesoderm therapy),each has its own advantages and disadvantages.The effect of single treatment method can’t meet the daily growth needs for the beauty of people.The combined application will be the main direction of future development.
