摘　　要：老年性皮肤瘙痒症属于常见皮肤疾病,会对患者生活质量造成极大影响。临床对老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者主要采用西药治疗,而部分单用西药治疗效果欠佳的患者在给予联合中药治疗后症状可以得到明显缓解。文章就中西医治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的研究进行综述。Senile pruritus is a common skin disease,which has great impact on the quality of life of patients.Western medicine is mainly used in the treatment of senile pruritus,while some patients with poor efficacy of Western medicine alone can be significantly relieved after treatment with combination of traditional Chinese medicine.This research mainly focuses on the research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile pruritus.
