摘　　要：目的探讨通调三焦法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的来源于宝坻区中医医院肺病科住院部60例肺心病心衰患者随机分为两组:治疗组,30例;对照组,30例,均以4周为1疗程,以超声心动图(肺动脉压力)、脑利钠肽(BNP)、临床症状评分量表等为观察指标,观察比较疗程结束后两组患者的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.4%,对照组总有效率为76.7%。结论通调三焦法通过疏理三焦,调畅气血,使气血水液运行复常,治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭有一定疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tong-Tiao-San-Jiao therapy on chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.Methods 60 patients with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group,30 cases;control group,30 cases,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment,with echocardiography(pulmonary artery pressure),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),clinical symptom score scale and other indicators,to observe and compare the improvement of the two groups after the end of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.4%,and that of the control group was 76.7%.Conclusion Tong-Tiao-San-Jiao method is effective in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure by regulating the san jiao,regulating qi and blood,restoring the operation of qi,blood,water and fluid.
