摘　　要：通过深入分析相控阵天线自动测试系统的工程需求,提出了一种适用于多状态、大数据量测试与处理的自动化测试系统实现方法。本方法采用搭建硬件测试平台,基于VB、MATLAB开发的软件实现方法,实现自动高效测试。该自动测试系统与人工测试及数据处理相比,极大提升了测试效率及数据处理速度,并已成功应用于某相控阵天线批量测试及数据处理中。By analyzing in depth the engineering requirement of automatic testing system for phased array antenna,a method of automatic testing system for multistate、a large amount of data measurement and processing is proposed.This method uses hardware test platform,a software realization method based on VB and MATLAB is presented,achieve automatic and efficient testing.The automatic testing system compared with manual testing and manual processing data,greatly improve the test efficiency and data processing speed,and it has been used in batch testing and data processing of a certain type of phased array antenna successfully.
