综掘工作面混合式通风及三级除尘治理粉尘技术

摘　　要：针对掘进工作面掘进机掘进过程中产生大量粉尘问题,以岱庄煤矿20601综掘工作面为例,研究提出基于混合式通风及三级除尘原理的综掘工作面粉尘治理技术。实践结果表明,该粉尘治理技术实施效果良好,掘进工作面粉尘得到了有效控制,作业环境明显改善,为工作面安全生产提供了保障。In view of the problem of a large amount of dust produced in the driving process of the roadheader in the driving face,taking 20601 fully mechanized face of Daizhuang Coal Mine as an example,this paper studies and puts forward the dust control technology based on the principle of mixed ventilation and three-stage dust removal.The practice results show that the dust control technology has a good effect,the dust of the driving work flour has been effectively controlled,and the working environment has been significantly improved,which provides a guarantee for the safe production of the working face.
