摘　　要：本文通过制定工作面支架回撤及安装方案、倒转工艺,实现了井下综放工作面的成功直接倒转,达到了支架不升井目的,实现了综放支架的快速拆除、转运、安装,保障了矿井安全生产,缓解了接替紧张的局面。In this paper,through the establishment of the working face support back and installation plan,reverse technology,the successful direct reverse of the underground fully mechanized caving working face is realized,the purpose of not lifting the support is achieved,the rapid removal,transfer and installation of the fully mechanized caving support is realized,the safety production of the mine is guaranteed,and the tense situation of replacement is relieved.
