不同NAA处理浓度对紫叶水蜡嫩枝扦插生根的影响

摘  要:以河沙为扦插基质,探究不同浓度(200 mg/L、300 mg/L、400 mg/L、500 mg/L、600 mg/L、700 mg/L)萘乙酸(Naphthalene acetic acid,NAA)处理对紫叶水蜡插穗的出愈率、生根率的影响。结果表明:浓度为500 mg/L NAA的出愈率和生根率都达到最高值,效果最好;出愈率为85%,生根率为89%,均优于其它浓度NAA对紫叶水蜡穗条扦插的处理。综上可知,浓度500 mg/L NAA对紫叶水蜡插穗出愈率及成活率效果最佳。Taking river sand as pistokas substrate,the effects of NAA treatment of different concentrations on the callus and rooting rate of tender branches of Ligustrum ob-tusifolium Sieb.et Zucc. Cuttingwood were investigated. The results showed that the extractive rate and rooting rate of NAA with a concentration of 500 mg/L reached the highest, and the effect was the best. The recovery rate was 85% and the rooting rate was 89%,which were better than that of other concentrations of NAA.In conclusion,the effect of 500 mg/L NAA concentration on ear healing rate and survival rate of Ligustrum ob-tusifolium Sieb.et Zucc. cuttings was the best.
