摘　　要：为了解《内蒙古农业大学学报(自然科学版)》的作者现状,对2017年-2019年18本学报发表的论文进行统计分析。从作者单位属性和分布、作者年龄结构、作者职称结构和性别比、论文作者组成类型和作者频次5个方面,采用手工与Excel软件相结合的文献计量学方法进行统计,对这3年内《内蒙古农业大学学报(自然科学版)》的作者特点进行分析。为建立作者队伍、提高编辑用稿机制,保持学报的核心影响力,提供有力的数据支撑和改进目标。For the purpose of understanding the current status of authors in Journal of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University(natural science edition), this paper made a statistical analysis on articles among the 18 published journals from 2017 to 2019. From 5 aspects: authors’ working organization and distribution,age structure,title structure and gender,composition type and frequency,it analyzes author characteristics of the journalsin recent three years by adopting bibliometricsmethod of combining manual and Excel for statistics.In order to establish authors team,enhance editorial system and keep the journal’s core influence,this paper provides strong data support and improving objectives.
