30%赤霉·噻苯隆粉剂高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和磷酸水溶液为流动相,采用C18柱和紫外检测器,测定30%赤霉·噻苯隆粉剂中有效成分的含量。结果表明,赤霉酸和噻苯隆线性相关系数分别为0.9988、0.9986,变异系数方别为0.65%、0.76%,平均回收率分别为99.29%、99.67%。A quantitative analysis method was introduced for the determination of Gibberellic acid+thidiazuron 30%DP by HPLC on C18 column with ultraviolet detector.The mobile phase was made up of methanol and phosphoric acid water.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9988 and 0.9986,the coefficient of variation of 0.65%and 0.76%,and the average recoveries of 99.29%and 99.67%had been obtained for gibberellic acid and thidiazuron,respectively.
