不同糖代谢老年人群的舌象客观化特征研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同糖代谢状态老年人群的舌象客观化特征。方法选取2013年3月-2015年3月入住上海中医药大学附属曙光医院内分泌科病房的2型糖尿患者145例(DM组),糖尿病前期人群201例(IGR组),糖代谢正常人群206例(NOR组),采集糖脂代谢指标,通过TDA-1型小型舌诊仪采集患者的舌象指标,包括舌质及舌苔颜色参数(R、G、B、H、I、S、L、a、b)。结果与NOR组相比,DM组与IGR组Homa-IR升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);DM组TG、LDL、FFA、2 h FFA升高,HDL降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),IGR组FFA升高(P<0.05)。舌质方面,与NOR组、IGR组相比,DM组zhiR、zhiG、zhiB、zhiH、zhiI、zhiL降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),zhib升高(P<0.01)。舌苔方面,与NOR组、IGR组相比,DM组tai B、taiR、tahiG、taiH、taiI、tai L降低(P<0.01),taiS、taia、taib升高(P<0.01)。结论不同糖代谢状态老年人群具有不同的舌象客观化特征。舌象客观化指标可能与糖代谢水平相关。Objective To explore the objective characteristics of tongue image in the elderly with different glucose metabolism. Methods 145 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as DM group, 201 ones with pre-diabetes were done as IGR group, and 206 subjects with normal glucose metabolism were done as NOR group;and their glycolipid metabolic indexes were collected. The tongue image parameters of three groups were examined and recorded by TDA-1 small tongue camera, including tongue quality and tongue coating color parameters(R, G, B, H, I, S, L, a, b). Results Compared with the NOR group,Homa-IR of the DM group and the IGR group increased(P<0.05, P<0.01);TG, LDL, FFA;and 2 hFFA in the DM group increased, HDL decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01), and FFA in the IGR group increased(P<0.05). In terms of tongue quality,compared with the NOR group and the IGR group, zhiR, zhiG, zhiB, zhi H, zhiI, zhiL decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01) and zhib increased(P<0.01) in DM group. In terms of tongue coating color, compared with the NOR group and the IGR group,taiB, tai R, tahiG, taiH, taiI, and taiL decreased(P<0.01) and taiS, taia, and taib increased(P<0.01) in DM group.Conclusion The elderly population with different glucose metabolism status has different objective characteristics of tongue image. The changes of the objective characteristics of tongue image may be related to the level of glucose metabolism.
