摘　　要：国家战略的实现亟需大批专业人才,高校依托其学科优势开展行业特色培训,是为实现国家战略提供人才保障的重要渠道。本文讨论了高校依托学科优势开展行业特色培训的基本要求,包括树立服务国家战略使命意识、把握战略要求和企业需求、完成立德树人根本任务和精心设计课程体系。本文还以中南大学为例,讨论了行业特色培训项目研究的基础与优势,以及依托学科优势、服务国家战略(“一带一路”、新能源、健康中国2030、中国制造2025等)的行业特色培训项目设计与实施。In order to realize the National Strategy,a large number of professional talents are urgently needed.Colleges and universities are carrying out industry-specific training programs based on their discipline advantages,which provides an important channel for talent cultivation to fulfill national strategic goal.This paper discusses the basic requirements for colleges and universities to carry out industry-specific training based on their discipline advantages,including the cultivation of trainees’mission awareness serving for the national strategy,the satisfaction of strategic requirements and enterprise demands,the fulfilment of the moral education priority,and the establishment of well-designed curriculum system.Meanwhile,this paper takes Central South University as an example to discuss the foundation and advantages of industry-specific training project research,and its design and implementation based on discipline advantages serving for the national strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative,new energy,“Healthy China 2030”initiative,“Made in China 2025”etc.
