摘　　要：基于专利技术功效矩阵,确定了技术手段和技术问题的双重分析模式,并设置了专利布局难易度,从3个维度分别对技术手段和技术问题进行技术机会分析,以识别各个技术方向的技术机会,以期对各创新主体的技术创新活动有所帮助。Based on patent technology effect matrix,this paper establishes the dual analysis mode of technical means and technical problems,sets the degree of difficulty of the patent layout,and analyzes the technical opportunities of technical means and technical problems from three dimensions to identify the technical opportunities of various technical directions,with a view of helping the technological innovation activities of innovation entities.
