摘 要:目的探究对重型颅脑外伤患者采取高压氧疗法、标准外伤大骨瓣减压术联合治疗的临床效果。方法整理2014年3月-2019年3月医院收治的160例重型颅脑外伤患者的病例资料,依据数字随机表将这160例患者分成2组进行研究。80例患者采取标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗(对照组),另外80例患者采取高压氧疗法与标准外伤大骨瓣减压术联合治疗法(研究组),评价两组的临床疗效,并给予对比分析。结果研究组的死亡率(15.00%)明显低于对照组(37.50%),其清醒率(51.25%)明显高于对照组(22.50%),其意识恢复时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的GCS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的GCS评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组患者的预后情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对重型颅脑外伤患者给予高压氧疗法与标准外伤大骨瓣减压术联合治疗方案,可显著降低重型颅脑外伤患者的死亡率,促使其意识状态逐渐恢复清晰,从而获得理想预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with standard large traumatic bone flap decompression for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods 160 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2019 were collected and divided into two groups according to the random table.80 patients were treated with standard large traumatic bone flap decompression(control group),and 80 patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with standard large traumatic bone flap decompression(research group).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared.Results The mortality rate(15.00%)of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(37.50%).The awakening rate(51.25%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(22.50%),The recovery time of consciousness in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in GCS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the GCS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and standard large bone flap decompression for severe craniocerebral trauma can significantly reduce the mortality rate of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma,and promote their consciousness to recover gradually,so as to obtain an ideal prognosis,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
