健康管理防治高同型半胱氨酸血症的临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析健康管理防治高同型半胱氨酸血症的临床意义。方法将医院66例MTHFR C677T基因多态性伴随血脂异常增高、HHcy的健康体检者随机分成两组,每组33例,对照组行维生素B6以及叶酸治疗,研究组基于对照组治疗方案加行健康管理。结果治疗前两组总胆固醇水平、甘油三酯水平、同型半胱氨酸水平、低密度脂蛋白胆水平、高密度脂蛋白水平对比无统计学差异,治疗后6个月、12个月研究组总胆固醇水平、甘油三酯水平、同型半胱氨酸水平、低密度脂蛋白胆水平、高密度脂蛋白水平均优于对照组,P <0.05。结论健康管理可以有效防治高同型半胱氨酸血症的发生。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of health management in the prevention and treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods Sixty-six patients with MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism accompanied by abnormal hyperlipidemia and HHcy were randomly divided into two groups,33 in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin B6 and folic acid,while the research group was treated with health management based on the control group.Results There was no significant difference in total cholesterol level,triglyceride level,homocysteine level,low density lipoprotein cholesterol level and high density lipoprotein level between the two groups before treatment.The total cholesterol level,triglyceride level,homocysteine level and low density lipoprotein cholesterol level in the study group were 6 months and 12 months after treatment.The level of HDL was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health management can effectively prevent and treat the occurrence of hyperhomocysteinemia.
