摘　　要：介绍了二战后日本为提高住宅质量和生产效率而进行的一系列建筑技术工业化、预制化、自动化、信息化的研发以及相关住宅政策,其中开放建筑理论占据了较重要的位置。如今正面临着技能劳工不足问题的日本又将进一步提高生产效率和既有住宅改造列为主要研究课题,为此人工智能及机器人等先进技术广为使用。This paper reviews the bulk of research and development of architectural technologies of industrialization,prefabrication,automation,and informatization and related housing policies in post-war Japan,aimed to improve housing quality and production efficiency.It also delineates the directional impact of the theory of open building on Japanese housing industry,concluding with the determined goal of advancing artificial intelligence and robotic engineering to further improve production efficiency in Japan in lack of skilled labors.
