摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜胆总管切开取石术的胆管结石患者进行系统化护理的效果。方法:选取青海省西宁市第三人民医院2017年4月至2020年5月收治的98例胆管结石患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为常规组和系统化组。在两组患者接受腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜胆总管切开取石术期间,对常规组患者实施常规护理,对系统化组患者实施系统化护理。然后对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:接受护理后,系统化组患者生活质量的评分〔(96.12±4.11)分〕高于常规组患者,其手术的时间〔(83.51±5.96)min〕、住院的时间〔(5.11±0.43)d〕、术毕至下床的时间〔(22.56±2.22)h〕、术毕至肠胃功能恢复正常的时间〔(18.33±2.89)h〕均短于常规组患者,其对护理的总满意率(97.96%)高于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜胆总管切开取石术的胆管结石患者进行系统化护理的效果显著,可有效地改善其生活质量,提高其对护理的满意率。Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing care for patients with bile duct stones who have received laparoscopic choledocholithotomy combined with choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy.Methods:A total of 98 patients with bile duct stones admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Xining,Qinghai Province from April 2017 to May 2020 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into conventional group and systematic group.During laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy,routine care was given to patients in the conventional group and systematic care was given to patients in the systematic group.Then compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results:take care,after systematic group of patients quality of life score((96.12±4.11)points)higher than that of conventional group of patients,the operation of continuous time(83.51±5.96)min,the length of time((5.11±0.43)d)and never put off till tomorrow what you can to get out of bed time(h),(22.56±2.22)until tomorrow to intestines and stomach function back to normal operation of continuous time(18.33±2.89)h are short in the conventional group of patients,its total satisfaction rate of nursing patients(97.96%)than the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The results of systematic nursing for patients with bile duct stones who have received laparoscopic choledocholithotomy combined with fiberoptic choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy are significant,which can effectively improve their quality of life and improve their satisfaction rate of nursing.
