摘　　要：目的:分析对老年冠心病合并高血压患者进行有针对性护理的效果。方法:从2016年1月至2019年4月期间山东省济宁市第一人民医院收治的老年冠心病合并高血压患者中抽选85例患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为普通组(42例)和针对组(43例)。在两组患者接受治疗期间,对普通组患者进行普通护理,在此基础上对针对组患者进行有针对性护理。然后比较两组患者的治护效果。结果:针对组患者治护的总有效率〔95.3%(41/43)〕高于普通组患者治护的总有效率〔81.0%(34/42)〕,P<0.05。治护后,针对组患者的收缩压、舒张压均低于普通组患者,P<0.05。结论:对老年冠心病合并高血压患者进行有针对性护理的效果较好,可有效地降低其血压的水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods:85 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension admitted to Jining First People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2016 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into general group(42 cases)and specific group(43 cases)by random number table method.During the treatment of the two groups of patients,the ordinary group of patients for general care,on the basis of this group of patients for targeted care.Then the treatment and care effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate(95.3%(41/43))was higher than that of the general group(81.0%(34/42)),P<0.05.After treatment and care,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of targeted nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension is better,which can effectively reduce the level of their blood pressure.
