用负压封闭引流术治疗骨科创伤的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨用负压封闭引流术治疗骨科创伤的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月期间在河北省张家口市第二医院脊柱外科接受诊治的76例骨科创伤患者作为研究对象。将这76例患者随机平均分为对照组(n=38)和封闭组(n=38)。对对照组患者进行常规治疗。对封闭组患者进行负压封闭引流术。然后,比较两组患者创面愈合的良好率及术后住院的时间。结果:接受治疗后,封闭组患者创面愈合的良好率高于对照组患者,其术后住院的时间短于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用负压封闭引流术治疗骨科创伤的临床效果较好,可促进患者创面的愈合,缩短其术后住院的时间。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of negative pressure closure and drainage in the treatment of orthopedic trauma.Methods:76 orthopedic trauma patients admitted to the Spinal surgery department of The Second Hospital of Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects.The 76 patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=38)and the closed group(n=38).Patients in the control group were routinely treated.Patients in the closed group were treated with negative pressure closure drainage.Then,the good wound healing rate and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the good rate of wound healing in the closed group was higher than that in the control group,and the postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of orthopedic trauma with negative pressure closure drainage has a good clinical effect,can promote the wound healing,shorten th e postoperative hospitalization time.
