摘 要:目的观察经唑来膦酸浸泡过的羟基磷灰石人工骨在兔胫骨骨折中的应用。方法选取兔龄相当的新西兰大白兔25只,应用特殊骨科器械取25只兔双后腿胫骨中段大小约1 cm×2 cm的骨块,将所有兔左后腿标记为实验组,所有兔的右后腿标记为对照组。实验组分别植入适量的经唑来膦酸浸泡过的羟基磷灰石人工骨,且在骨缺损周围置入经唑来膦酸浸泡过的明胶海绵作为缓释膜。对照组应用生理盐水处理羟基磷灰石,置入生理盐水浸泡的明胶海绵。通过影像学、组织学、骨密度的情况来判断实验结果。结果同一观察时间X线对比,实验组较对照组骨缺损更加模糊,骨密度更高。HE染色情况:在第4、6周实验组骨小梁均较对照组明显增多。第4、6周时实验组骨密度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经唑来膦酸浸泡的的羟基磷灰石有助于兔胫骨骨缺损的治疗。Objective To observe the application of hydroxyapatite impregnated with zoledronic acid in tibial fracture in rabbits.Methods Twenty-five New Zealand rabbits were selected,and the size of 1 cm×2 cm in the middle tibial segment of double hind legs were removed using special orthopedic instruments.The left hind legs of all rabbits were labeled as the experimental group,the right hind legs as the control group.The experimental group was implanted with hydroxyapatite artificial bone impregnated with zoledronic acid,and the gelatin sponge impregnated with zoledronic acid placed around the bone defect was used as the sustained-release membrane.The control group was treated with hydroxyapatite impregnated with normal saline,and placed gelatin sponge soaked impregnated with saline.Imaging,histology,and bone mineral density were used to determine the results.Results Compared with the control group,the bone defects in the experimental group were more blurred and the bone density was higher.HE staining showed that at week 4 and 6,trabeculae in the experimental group was significantly increased compared with the control group.At week 4 and 6,bone mineral density in the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hydroxylapatite soaked with zoledronic acid was helpful for the treatment of tibial defect in rabbits.
