探讨血肿腔穿刺外引流治疗高血压性脑出血的应用效果

摘  要:目的探讨血肿腔穿刺外引流治疗高血压性脑出血的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月贵州省兴义市人民医院收治的56例高血压性脑出血患者,采取数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组采取非手术治疗,观察组患者实施血肿腔穿刺外引流治疗。对比2组患者的治疗优良率、脑室感染率、并发症发生率等指标。结果观察组患者治疗的优良率达到85.71%,显著高于对照组治疗优良率的60.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脑室感染率,并发症发生率分别为14.29%,10.71%,显著低于对照组的35.71%和32.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压性脑出血采取血肿腔穿刺外引流治疗,可降低患者脑室感染及并发症,改善患者病情症状及神经功能缺损,有助于促进患者神经功能恢复,临床效果显著,且安全性较高,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external drainage by puncture of hematoma cavity in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 56 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the people's hospital of xingyi city,guizhou province from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected.The 56 patients were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of excellent and good treatment rate,ventricular infection rate and complication rate.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group reached 85.71%,significantly higher than the 60.71% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of ventricular infection and complications in the observation group were 14.29% and 10.71%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,35.71% and 32.14% respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion External drainage by puncture of hematoma cavity can reduce ventricular infection and complications in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,improve symptoms and neurological defects in patients,and promote recovery of neurological function in patients.
