摘 要:目的探究营养性缺铁性贫血(NIDA)对婴幼儿智能发育的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年5月深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院收治的72例NIDA患儿作为观察组,选取同期进行保健的健康幼儿72例作为对照组。对2组观察对象的资料做回顾性分析,采用多元回归模型对影响婴幼儿智能发育的相关因素进行分析,并用智能量表、行为量表等评估患儿智能发育情况,深入分析NIDA对患儿智能发育的影响。结果产式与胎教对婴幼儿智能发育无相关性,血红蛋白水平、早期教育、小儿月花费、父母文化水平、亲子亲密度均为婴幼儿智能发育的影响因素(P<0.05)。NIDA患儿、对照组婴幼儿资料相比,社交行为存在显著差异,其中大动作、精细动作、适应能力、语言及社交行为差异较大(P<0.05)。结论NIDA会对婴幼儿智能发育产生影响,进而阻碍其行为发育,导致婴幼儿身体无法正常生长。Objective To explore the effect of nutritional iron deficiency anemia(NIDA)on infant intelligence development.Methods From April 2018 to May 2019,72 NIDA children admitted to Shenzhen Longgang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 72 healthy children who received health care during the same period were selected as the control group.Retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of the two groups of observation subjects.Multiple regression model was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the intelligence development of infants and young children.Intelligence scale and behavior scale were used to evaluate the intelligence development of infants and young children,and the influence of NIDA on the intelligence development of infants and young children was deeply analyzed.Results There was no correlation between birth style and fetal education on infant intelligence development.Hemoglobin level,early education,infant monthly expenditure,parental education level and parent-child intimacy were all influencing factors of infant intelligence development(P<0.05).Compared with the data of NIDA children and the control group,there were significant differences in behavioral development,with the greatest differences in happiness degree and social tendency,followed by greater differences in coordination,energy level,attention,persistence and goal orientation,among which there were differences in reaction ability and cooperation ability but not significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion NIDA can affect the intelligent development of infants,thus hindering their behavioral development and leading to the abnormal growth of infants.
