摘 要:由于富县采油厂不同层位采出水组成性质差异较大,配伍性不好的污水会发生较强的离子反应而结垢,污水处理流程设计时,对存在的问题考虑不全,导致各水处理站点普遍存在处理后水质稳定性差、处理成本难以控制的问题。为了达到优化流程和处理效果的目的,根据污水腐蚀性较强的特点,依据该厂污水处理工艺现状,针对污水处理水质改性工艺从处理设备进出口水质分析和腐蚀控制等方面进行了研究。在污水处理装置进出口设置检测节点,5 d连续采样,对各节点的含油指标、含悬浮物指标、腐蚀速率进行了测定和分析,同时对预处理单元和水质改性单元的工艺进行了分析;研究发现滤前预处理效果明显没有达到设计要求,出水水质含油量基本达标,但出水水质不稳定,5 d的连续采样中有2 d超标2.8倍;出水水质悬浮固体含量超标,5 d的连续采样分析中4 d严重超标,与注水水质标准相比,悬浮固体含量平均超标达5.2倍,最高超标达7.9倍;进口水质存在恶化现象,悬浮固体含量反弹严重,其平均达到29.53 mg/L(5 d采样最高值为57.00 mg/L),出水水质pH值在6.1~6.4,水质腐蚀速率不稳定,过滤器出水有2 d超标,说明处理水质稳定性较差,处理效果不稳定。针对发现问题给出了改进措施,建议水质改性工艺需调整水中离子,优化改性药剂投加方案,进行注水水质配伍性评价,同时对现有工艺流程和主要处理设备进行优化调整,以确保处理效果满足油田开发要求。Because of Fuxian oil production plant produced water composition nature in different layers has big difference,sewage treatment process design was not suitable enough,resulting in all the water treatment sites have problems on treated water quality stability and processing cost control.According to the characteristics of Fuxian oil production plant sewage extended strong corrosive oil,the wastewater treatment process was studied on the equipment import and export surface from the aspects of water quality analysis,treatment process and corrosion control of water quality modification technology.Had set up detect nodes on the sewage treatment plant import and export,collected samples for 5 days,the indexes of oil content,suspended solids content and corrosion rate were determined and analyzed.At the same time,the process of pretreatment unit and water quality modifying unit was analyzed.The results of the study have found that the pretreatment effect is obviously not to meet the design requirements,the water quality of the effluent is basically up to the standard,but the water quality is not stable,5 days of continuous sampling in the effluent water quality of 2 days exceeded 2.8 times.Water suspended solids content exceeded the standard,samples of 4 days were seriously overweight.Compared with the water injection water quality standards,suspended solids content was 5.2 times more than average,the maximum achieved 7.9 times.Import water quality is getting worse,there is a serious rebound in suspended solids,its average reached 29.53 mg/L(The highest value of the 5 days sampling was 57.00 mg/L).pH value of effluent water quality was 6.1~6.4,water quality corrosion rate was not stable,it exceeded for 2 days.In view of the problem,the improvement measures are given to the water quality modification technology.Suggested that it should be adjusted by ion,the dosage of modified agent should be optimized,water injection quality should be compatibility evaluated.At the same time,optimize and adjust the existing process flo
