摘　　要：针对国产化大化肥装置开车过程中高压甲铵泵出现的故障进行分析并制定检修对策,实施后消除了国产化高压甲铵泵运行中的不稳定因素,为国产化高压甲铵泵长周期稳定运行奠定了基础。The faults of localization large chemical fertilizer high pressure methyl ammonium pump during the start-up operation of domestic large chemical fertilizer plant are analyzed and the maintenance countermeasures are worked out.After implementation,the unstable factors in the operation of localization high pressure methyl ammonium pump are eliminated.It lays a foundation for the long-term stable operation of localization high pressure methyl ammonium pump.
