摘  要:本文利用X射线成像,实现钢丝绳输送带钢芯分布状况的动态监测的方法,设计了矿用钢绳芯胶带无损探伤装置,该装置以stm32单片机为核心,设计了相关硬件电路,同时利用图像均值滤波算法和像素灰度拉伸算法提高了钢芯探伤准确率,通过现场使用,能够对钢丝绳胶带的运行情况进行准确的实时监测。In this paper,through X-ray imaging,the steel core dynamic monitoring of the distribution of steel cord belts is realized,and a non-destructive testing device for mine steel cord belts is designed.The device is based on STM32 single chip microcomputer,and related hardware circuits are designed.The accuracy of steel core flaw detection is improved by means of image average filtering algorithm and pixel gray-scale stretching algorithm.The application results show that it can accurately monitor the operation of steel wire rope tape in real time.
