摘 要:智能制造是我国未来重要战略之一,而制造企业生产物流优化是智能制造的一个重要环节。文中主要研究电子装配制造企业生产物流车间物流配送优化问题,根据其生产车间的车间布局、产品工艺路线和物料配送模式及其特征,构建基于智能制造的带时间窗约束的生产物料配送路径优化模型,并分析其求解优化方法;最后,以W公司的三相表生产车间的生产物流配送优化为例进行相应的仿真分析。仿真结果表明:该配送优化调度模型能够满足生产车间物料即时配送的需求,有利于提升物流配送效率,降低物流成本。Smart manufacturing is one of the important strategies in the future in China.Moreover,the optimization of production logistics in manufacturing enterprises is an important part of smart manufacturing.This paper mainly investigates the optimization of logistics distribution in the production logistics workshop of electronic assembly manufacturing enterprises.Based on the analysis of the workshop layout,product process route,material distribution mode and the corresponding characteristics,an optimization model of production distribution is given,which considers the time window constraint and smart manufacturing demand.How to solve the above optimization model is analyzed.Finally,a simulation case study of the production distribution optimization is given,which is based on the three-phase production workshop of W company.The simulation results show that the optimal distribution scheduling model can meet the needs of the real-time distribution of materials in the workshop,which is significant to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution and reducing the cost of logistics.
