摘 要:在“节能减排”、“公转铁”等政策的实施下,煤炭产销企业如何选择运输公司,提高自身的竞争力是一个重要的问题。文中通过构建煤炭运输公司的评价指标体系,然后通过信息熵赋权法和复杂比例评价法(COPRAS)建立评价模型。最后,通过算例演示该方法的计算过程,并给出了运输公司的选择策略。该方法克服了评价指标相互冲突的影响,增加了评估的准确性,对今后煤炭产销企业在选择公路运输公司时具有一定的参考价值。Under the implementation of policies such as“energy conservation and emission reduction”and“Promoting the three-year action plan for the adjustment of transport structure(2018-2020),how coal production and marketing companies choose transportation companies to improve their competitiveness is an important issue.This paper builds an evaluation index system for coal transportation companies,and then establishes an evaluation model by using the information entropy weighting method and the complex scale evaluation(COPRAS)method.Finally,a calculation example was used to demonstrate the calculation process of the method,and the selection strategy of the transportation company was given.This method overcomes the influence of conflicting evaluation indexes and increases the accuracy of evaluation.It has certain reference value for coal production and marketing enterprises in the future when they choose road transportation companies.
