浅谈多级分布式库存管理模式在海洋石油企业的应用

摘　　要：随着大家认识到物流管理是企业的第三利润源泉,各个企业都在想方设法压缩物流费用,而这其中做好库存管理是这项工作的重中之重。文中以海洋石油企业为例子,首先分析了已有库存管理模式存在的问题,然后在此基础上提出了基于协调中心的多级分布式库存管理模式,从供应链的角度管理和控制供应链各个节点的库存,分析论证了如何实现通过库存共享来降低库存量和如何通过大数据分析来实现缩短在库时间,从而最终实现降低企业的库存成本。With the realization that logistics management is the third source of profit for enterprises,every enterprise is trying to reduce the cost of logistics,among which inventory management is the most important task.Taking offshore oil enterprises as an example,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the existing inventory management mode,and then proposes a multi-level distributed inventory management mode based on the coordination center,which manages and controls the inventory of each node in the supply chain from the perspective of the supply chain,and demonstrates how to reduce the inventory through inventory sharing and how to shorten the time in storage through big data analysis,so as to ultimately reduce the inventory cost of enterprises.
