摘　　要：随着国际贸易和国际物流的发展,中国企业越来越多地面向全球采购原材料和设备。在进口设备时,以FOB作为交货方式,可以让买方更好地把控货物动态,规避商业风险,但是买方需要承担运输过程中更多的责任和义务。从国外港口到中国港口,应针对货物情况和运输路线制定出最合理的海洋运输方案,降低运输风险,控制运输成本。文中旨在通过对已实施案例的深入分析,探索FOB交货条件下进口设备海洋运输的特点和难点,以期对相关业务的开展产生一定的帮助。With the development of international trade and logistics,more and more Chinese enterprises will purchase raw materials and equipment from the suppliers overseas.When importing equipment,using FOB delivery terms can help the buyer better control the transportation of goods and avoid commercial risks,but the buyer needs to bear more responsibilities and obligations in the transportation process.From foreign port to Chinese port,the most reasonable marine transportation proposal shall be made based on the cargo conditions and transportation route,to reduce the transportation risks and control the transportation cost.The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics and difficulties of marine transportation of imported equipment under FOB delivery terms through analysis of an implemented case,so as to provide some help for the development of related businesses.
