民办高校以创新创业项目驱动的物流实验室建设与运作——以A校为例

摘　　要：实施创新创业教育是高校服务于国家创新驱动战略的重要举措,是高等教育发展的时代潮流。创新创业项目驱动的物流实验室是一种融合创新创业教育的物流实验室,在引入创新创业项目运营的同时以创新创业项目为载体开展物流实践与创新创业实践教育,其能够充分发挥民办高校体制机制灵活、年轻富有活力教师居多的优势,同时又能避免资金筹措单一、创业实践教育不足的劣势。对创业项目驱动的物流实验室的战略定位、功能区域划分、设施设备配置、组织机制与运营、教学模式、课程体系、实验室文化等实验室建设内容进行规划设计,旨在于为民办高校扬长避短建设迎合时代需求的物流实验室提供参考。The university is taking a significant move of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education to serve the national innovation-driven strategy,which is the trend of higher education development.The logistics laboratory,driven by entrepreneurship project,embraces an innovation and entrepreneurship education.While bringing in the operation of entrepreneurship project,the lab carries out the education of practicing logistics and innovation and entrepreneurship,taking entrepreneurship project as a carrier.It can make full use of the flexibility of system of private university and of the advantage of having many young and active teachers.At the same time,it can avoid the disadvantage of the lack of source of raising money and of the lack of experience of entrepreneurship practice education.In order to set an example for the private university of avoiding shortcomings and making best use of the advantages by building a modern logistics laboratory,we make an overall plan for all the contents of building the laboratory,including strategic positioning,dividing the functional area,deploying the equipment,operating the organization system,teaching mode,the system of courses,the culture of the laboratory,and so on.
