摘  要:基于现场调研,总结并分析了特厚煤层采动影响巷道围岩变形破坏特征及其原因,采用数值模拟方法研究了不同支护方案下围岩应力及位移的变化规律。结果表明巷道断面大、顶煤较厚、煤体裂隙比较发育、受相邻工作面的采动影响是导致回风平巷围岩发生变形破坏的原因;针对巷道围岩控制难点,提出采用加长锚杆与桁架锚索联合支护控制体系;现场采用优化后的支护方案,观测得到最大顶底板移近量193 mm,最大两帮移近量182 mm,巷道围岩控制效果良好。研究成果有助于实现煤炭的安全高效开采,同时也为相似地质条件巷道围岩控制提供了参考。Based on field investigation,the characteristics and causes of deformation and failure of surrounding rock of roadway affected by mining in extra-thick coal seam are summarized and analyzed.The variation of stress and displacement of surrounding rock under different support schemes is studied by numerical simulation.The results show that large cross-section,thick top coal,relatively developed coal body cracks and mining influence of adjacent working face lead to the deformation and failure of surrounding rock of return air roadway.Aiming at the difficulty of surrounding rock control in roadway,the control system of combined support with lengthened bolt and truss anchor cable is put forward.With the optimized support scheme,the maximum roof and floor approaching is 193 mm,the maximum two sides approaching is 182 mm,and the surrounding rock control effect of roadway is good.The research results are helpful to realize safe and efficient mining of coal,and also provide reference significance for surrounding rock control of roadway under similar geological conditions.
