摘 要:基于急倾斜煤层赋存形态和开采特点,在炮采工艺渐被淘汰、水采工艺问题较多、综采工艺不能适用、采煤工艺向机械化发展的背景下,研究探讨了竖向机械化开采工艺、工作面巷道布置、主要技术参数、设备配备和关键安全技术,简要进行了适应性简析和优越性分析,为急倾斜煤层、特别是厚度2~20 m急倾斜煤层的安全高效开采探索有效的技术途径。Based on the occurrence form and mining characteristics of steeply inclined coal seam,under the background of gradual elimination of blasting mining technology,more problems of hydraulic mining technology,inapplicability of fully mechanized mining technology and mechanization development of mining technology,the vertical mechanized mining technology,roadway layout,main technical parameters,equipment,and key safety technology of the working face are studied and discussed,and the adaptability and superiority are briefly analyzed,in order to explore effective technical approaches for safe and efficient mining of steeply inclined coal seam,especially steeply inclined coal seam with thickness from 2 m to 20 m.
