摘  要:现有的输运床气化技术适合低阶煤种,对于国内储量更大的中、高阶煤种,存在碳转化率低、合成气中甲烷含量较高并且有微量的焦油产生的缺点难以解决。双流化床超大型粉煤气化技术是一种粉煤气化新工艺,是在循环流化床的基础上增加了焦油裂解反应器,将第一、第二反应器高效耦合,实现了在2个温度场、2个流化场,实现了现有循环流化床焦油及甲烷的热解,增加了循环流化床的循环倍率,增加了反应时间,实现了残碳的进一步转化,从而提高碳的转化率。100 t/d双循环流化床可以使煤的转化率高达98%,有效气含量突破78%。Existing transport bed gasification technology is more suitable for low rank coal,for in a larger domestic reserves,high rank coal,low carbon conversion rate,the methane content is higher in the syngas and trace the tar produced by faults is difficult to solve.Double fluidized bed very large pulverized coal gasification technology is a new technology of pulverized coal gasification,on the basis of the circulating fluidized bed is increased the tar cracking reactor,and will be the first,second,efficient coupling reactor,implements in two temperature field,flow field,and realize the circulating fluidized bed pyrolysis tar and methane existing,increase the circulation ratio of circulating fluidized bed,increasing the reaction time,the carbon residue can be further converted to improve the carbon conversion rate.100 t/d double circulating fluidized bed can make the conversion rate of coal as high as 98%and the effective gas content exceed 78%.
