摘　　要：目的了解苍溪县常规免疫接种数据报告质量,为正确评价常规免疫报告接种率、制定免疫规划策略提供依据。方法收集2017年苍溪县儿童卡介苗(BCG)、乙肝疫苗(Hep B)、脊灰疫苗(Pv)、百白破疫苗(DPT)、含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)、乙脑疫苗(JE)、A群流脑疫苗(Men A)和甲肝疫苗(Hep A)常规免疫接种数据,采用D值法、R值法、脱漏率以及与调查接种率比较进行可靠性评价,采用描述性分析与χ^2检验对数据特征进行描述,检验水准α=0.05。结果2017年苍溪县8种免疫规划疫苗报告接种率在99.83%以上,估算接种率在38.68%~62.67%之间,D值评价结果为均不可信。Hep B、BCG的R值评价不可信,Pv、Men A的R值评价为可疑。Hep B脱漏率超过10%。报告接种率与当年出生儿童基础免疫调查接种率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.75,P<0.05)。结论苍溪县常规免疫报告接种数据逻辑关系基本合理,但Hep B首针、BCG存在漏报,报告接种率虚高,数据报告质量有待提高。Objective To understand the report quality of routine immunization data in Cangxi county in order to provide the basis for the correct evaluation of routine immunization report rate and the formulation of immunization planning strategy.Methods The routine immunization data of BCG,Hep B,PV,DPT,MCV,JE,MENA and HEPA of children in Cangxi County in 2017 were collected.The reliability was evaluated by D-value method,R-value method,leakage rate and comparison with the investigation vaccination rate.Results In 2017,the reported vaccination rate of8 kinds of immunization planning vaccines in Cangxi County was over 99.83%,and the estimated vaccination rate was between 38.68-62.67%.The D-values of 8 the kinds of vaccines were not credible.The R-values of Hep B and BCG were not credible,and the R-values of PV and MENA were suspicious.The leakage rate of Hep B is more than 10%.There was significant difference of the vaccination rate between the basic Immunization Survey and the children born in the same year.Conclusion The logical relationship of routine immunization report data in Cangxi County isbasically reasonable.However,the first injection of Hep B and BCG are not reported,the false high vaccination rate is falsely reported,and the quality of data report needs to be improved.
