摘　　要：目的对德阳市1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病学特征、外环境病原学监测,为人感染H7N9禽流感的防控提供参考依据。方法 2017年2月采用现场流行病学方法调查德阳市1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的发病就诊经过、可能的暴露因素等情况。结果该病例有高热(40.2℃),并伴有呼吸道症状等人感染禽流感的临床表现,患者呼吸道分泌物标本检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性,经救治后患者痊愈。该患者有活禽及市场暴露史,接触的禽类外环境中检出H7N9病毒。39名密切接触者无发热、咳嗽、咽痛等症状。结论病例感染来源于活禽宰杀市场的可能性较大,应加强活禽调运和交易市场管理。Objective To provide a reference for the prevention and control of H7 N9 avian influenza infection by the epidemiological characteristics and external environmental etiology of one case of H7 N9 avian influenza infection in Deyang City.Methods Field epidemiological investigation method was used to investigate the diagnosis process of one human case of H7 N9 avian influenza infection in Deyang City and it’s possible exposure factors.Results The clinical feature of this case had high fever(40.2℃)accompanied by respiratory symptoms and other clinical manifestations of human infection with avian influenza,the test of respiratory secretions from the patient was positive for H7 N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid,and the patient recovered after been treatmented.The patients had a history of exposure to live poultry and markets,and H7 N9 viruses had been detected in exposed poultry.Thirty-nine people in close contact with the patient had no symptoms such as fever,cough and sore throat etc.Conclusion Case infection is more likely come from live poultry market.We should strengthen the management of live poultry transportation and trading market.
