摘　　要：美国大规模杀伤性武器民事保障队由国民警卫队多兵种人员组成,每个州都至少有1支队伍。作为州属的应急救援力量,这些队伍有非常高的专业性、即时响应能力、综合保障能力,其组队、训练、认证、行动等方面的做法值得借鉴。The USA Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Teams(WMD-CST)is composed of various members of the US National Guard,and each state has at least 1 team.As state-owned emergency rescue forces,these teams have very high professionalism,immediate response ability,and comprehensive support ability.Their team formation,training,certification,and operation are worthy of reference.
