美军信息化建设发展动向探析

摘　　要：战略重心的转变、新兴作战概念的逐渐成熟以及信息技术的迅猛发展,推动美军加快新一轮信息变革。以美军信息化建设为目标,分析美军作战理论发展、顶层指导措施、系统建设重点、试验鉴定途径、实战检验情况,研判美军在作战概念、要素连接、能力评估等方面的发展趋势,并提出启示与建议,为我军信息化建设提供可行的措施建议。At present,the US global strategic focus has returned back to competition in large counties,which,along with the maturation of new operation concept and rapid development of information technologies,promotes a new information transformation in U.S.military.Aiming at U.S.military’s information construction,this paper analyzes the developments of operation concepts,means of capstone design,emphases of system construction,way to test and evaluation,and concentration on actual combat testing.Furthermore,the trends of operation concept,connection and evaluation are concluded.And some suggestions are proposed,which can supply reference to develop military information construction in China.
