摘 要:结合房屋的结构特点、基础型式、地基土分布等因素,分析某住宅楼沉降、墙体开裂的原因,并提出了采用人工挖孔桩托换原基础的方案。通过对托换梁、桩承台、人工挖孔桩等构件的设计和施工,采用动态化监测系统对顶升纠倾全过程进行监测,完成了对该住宅楼的顶升纠倾加固。纠倾后的房屋倾斜率满足了规范要求,可为其他类似工程提供参考。Combined with such factors as building design feature,basic type,foundation soil distribution,etc.,the reason of a building existing sedimentation and wall cracking is analyzed,and the scheme of manual digging pile to replace the original foundation is put forward.By detailed design and construction of such members as underpinning beams,pile cap and manual digging pile,the whole process of lifting inclination rectification is monitored by the dynamic monitoring system,and the reinforcement of lifting inclination rectification of the residential building is completed.The building inclination ratio after correction meets the codes requirements,which can supply a reference for other similar projects.
