摘  要:2020年北京冬奥会首钢滑雪大跳台为桁架钢结构,主要构件有斜箱形格构柱、变截面V形钢柱、赛道钢桁架、上飘带管桁架、下丝带管桁架等,钢结构构件采用刚性连接。上飘带管桁架、下丝带管桁架等为空间桁架结构,施工时具有空间结构复杂,跨度大,制作难度大等难点。根据绿色环保施工要求,工厂构件制作单元化,现场安装装配化。重点介绍上飘带管桁架和下丝带管桁架制作单元化的钢结构制作施工技术。The 2020 Beijing Olympic Winter Games ski jumping platform is a truss steel structure.The main components include a slanted box lattice column,a V-shaped steel column with a variable cross section,a track steel truss,an upper streamer tube truss,and a lower ribbon tube truss The components are connected rigidly.The upper streamer tube truss and the lower ribbon tube truss are spatial truss structures.During construction,they have complex spatial structures,large spans,and difficulty in production.According to the requirements of green environmental protection construction,the production of factory components is unitized,and on-site installation is assembled.It focuses on the construction technology of the unitized steel structure production of upper streamer tube truss and lower ribbon tube truss.
