多层剪力墙结构顶升纠倾技术研究

摘　　要：以某多层剪力墙结构为例,在分析倾斜原因的基础上,结合房屋的体型、结构体系和基础类型等因素,提出在基础顶采用断墙、柱顶升法进行纠倾。为降低造价,优化顶升点数量,采用托换梁+顶升托座的顶升托换体系,运用同步顶升设备进行信息化施工,顺利完成了房屋顶升纠倾,满足了规范和使用要求。Taking a multi-layer shear wall structure as an example,on the basis of analyzing the cause of tilting,combined with the shape,structural system and foundation type of the house,it is proposed to use the broken wall and column jacking method to correct the tilt on the top of the foundation.In order to reduce the cost and optimize the number of jacking points,the jacking and underpinning system of underpinning beams+jacking brackets was used,and the simultaneous jacking equipment was used to carry out information construction.
