摘 要:应用水泥基灌浆料加大混凝土结构构件截面加固时,因加固的面层厚度不大、灌浆料外贴在原结构表面、材料组分不同于普通水泥混凝土,目前尚无准确可靠的现场无损检测方法,为此将普通混凝土回弹法用于检测现场灌浆料强度,参考现行行业标准研究灌浆料的立方体抗压强度、钻芯法抗压强度与回弹值之间的关系。研究结果表明,基于差值修正的方法可用于回弹法现场检测加大混凝土截面的灌浆料抗压强度。When cement-based grout are used to improve the capacities of concrete structural members by their enlarged cross sections,there is no accurate and reliable on-site non-destructive compressive strength testing method because of the small thickness of the grout,the special grouting mixture adhering the out surface of the original concrete,and the special compositions of grout being different from ordinary cement concrete.The relationships between the cubic compressive strength of grout,compressive strength of drilled core and hammer rebound value are studied by referring to the current relevant national standards.Finally the hammer rebound method for ordinary concrete is improved to test the strength of grout.The results show that the difference-amendment value for testing concrete strength with drilled core can be used to test the compressive strength of grout for enlarging concrete cross-section by hammer rebound method.
