摘 要:采用二维传热计算方法对装配式剪力墙住宅拼缝处的热桥进行现场试验和有限元模拟分析,研究热桥影响下的温度热流变化规律及随施工误差缝隙变化带来的热桥影响,结果表明墙体施工误差造成的拼缝会产生一定程度的热桥效应,使墙体局部温度降低约1℃,热流和K值增大1倍,且随拼缝误差增加热桥影响也呈线性增大趋势。The thermal bridge of the joint of the fabricated shear wall was tested in the field;the finite element simulation was carried out by using the two-dimensional heat transfer calculation method. The temperature and heat flow changes under the influence of thermal bridge and the thermal bridge effect caused by the variation of construction error gap are studied. The research results show that the seam caused by the wall construction error will have a certain degree of thermal bridge effect, which will reduce the local temperature of the wall by about 1℃, double the heat flow and K value, and increase the thermal bridge with the increase of the seam error. The effect is linearly increasing.
